Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time will be
processed the same day (excludes holidays). Shipping will occur within 48 hours of the
order being placed and processed. However, orders placed after 2:00PM Eastern
Standard Time (Monday – Friday) will be processed the following business day.
Should an order be placed that includes oversold and/or defective merchandise, a
member from the customer service team will contact the involved parties.
Mishaps occur, and should that be the case with you, please contact us immediately
upon receipt of your defective merchandise at email@example.com. You will
have 14 days to return defective merchandise (from the date of purchase) if it’s your
desire to receive a refund. Failure to return defective merchandise within the 14 day
time frame will result in an even exchange (the even exchange must fall within 21 days).
ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED NEW AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS!
