Question: What are the BELAN limited edition handbags composed of?

Answer: The handbags are composed of 100% genuine Italian Leather.

Question: What makes BELAN stand out from her competitors?

Answer: If you are on a quest to find a conversation piece, then you have reached the appropriate destination. Because BELAN handbags are not massed produced items, the quantities are limited, thus making the product line a limited edition. The jewelry pieces are hand-picked with influences from runways across the globe.

Question: Does BELAN offer wholesale purchasing opportunities?

Answer: Yes, if you are interested in wholesale purchasing opportunities, please contact us at info@belanflair.com. One of our customer service representatives will reach out to you to discuss the wholesale criteria (Monday through Friday between 10:00AM and 5:00PM).

Question: What is BELAN’s return and/or exchange policy?

Answer: Mishaps occur, and should that be the case with you, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your defective merchandise (EXCLUDING t-shirts) at customercare@belanflair.com. You will have 14 days to return defective merchandise (from the date of purchase) if it’s your desire to receive a refund.  ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED NEW AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS!!!

Question: Are t-shirts made-to-order?

Answer: Yes, t-shirts are made-to-order, so please refer to the size chart (product page) when placing your t-shirt order.  Consequently, t-shirt refunds/even exchanges are not permitted.

Question: When can I expect to receive my order once it’s been placed?

Answer: Once your order has been placed, there will be 2-3 business days of processing time.  As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Question: What forms of payment does BELAN accept?

Answer: BELAN accepts all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS).
